Cross-Training Tribal Intensive
November 4-8 + December 17-21, 2010

This 10 day programme is made for the ambitious dancer and is a highly useful tool for every serious tribal teacher – designed by Sharon Kihara!
Dates: November 4-8 + December 17-21, 2010
10:00-10:45 am Yoga, Pilates, Body Core Strenghtening
11:00-12:00 am Ballet (with Horacio Cifuentes)
12:15-01:15 pm Oriental Dance Technique (with Beata Cifuentes)
01:45-05:00 pm Tribal Deluxe
Between the 2 dates Sharon will give you "homework" and special projects in order to make the programme even more effective.
Please bring a towel, cymbals, pen and paper.
This programme is not for beginners.
